In the old days the name Hobart was synonymous with mixers, however the market place has become more crowded in modern times.
Small table top mixers and food prep machines are available from KitchenAid and Robotcoupe, with larger bench-style models supplied by Electrolux and Metcalfe amongst others. The Buffalo model illustrated, which comes in 20 litre and 30 litre sizes, is one of our best sellers.
Floor-standing models go to much larger capacities, for example Hobart’s HL1400 model, which has a massive 160 litre capacity.
